Welcome to my channel "Oh Carbs, Delicious!" or "OCD" for short, something my hubby claims I am. Obviously he's wrong, but I suppose I am obsessive about... well everything Carbs. So I guess the name worked out in the end.
I was born and raised in Belgium to Taiwanese parents, lived in Berlin (DE) for 2.5 years and based in Vancouver (CA) now. Living abroad has turned me into a self-taught hobbyist cook as I experiment with different recipes trying to soothe my cravings for the food I miss from home.
On my channel, you'll find easy recipes inspired by an array of different cuisines. Recipes for breakfast to dinner, appetizers to DESSERTSSS. I can't wait to share my cooking with you.
