In 2016 I was 25 pounds overweight and was living an unhealthy, unsustainable lifestyle. I couldn't even run 1 mile but knew there was something that I had to change.
I signed up for my first organized 5k race, then shortly after that a half marathon. Then 7 months later, I crossed the finish line in my first ever marathon. Since then I've completed 4x marathons, 2x 70.3’s, 1x full distance 140.6 IRONMAN.
I now live a happier and healthier lifestyle and hope to share my love for sport and experience to help and inspire athletes on journeys of their own to push beyond self-perceived limits. It's never too late to change your life.
