Twelve years ago, I stood in Times Square for the very first time, an international art student fresh to the States, my heart filled with dreams. Never in my wildest imagination did I think I’d one day see my artwork displayed on a billboard in the very same place. This surreal moment wouldn’t have been possible without your support—thank you from the bottom of my heart. I’m so happy to see your reaction to my Chinese Zodiac project! And I can’t wait to start painting these sculptures. However, like last year, I’m taking a month off to visit my family and friends in Beijing, my favorite time of the year to recharge. I always come back feeling refreshed, motivated, and full of new inspiration. So I’ll start the painting process (I will record it) after my trip at the end of November. Thank you for your patience!
