After enjoying the less fashionable Metzeler Z8, I've decided on roadtec 01SE. Rear Z8 has too much tread left to waste so will fit rear 01 before Germany trip early May.

I'm in bother again, Cath's just roasted me once again, as she gets my dressing gown to smell like the item on the left, but after a quick morning visit to the garage to check something, I get distracted and an hour later it's smelling of the item on the right.
Is it just me 🤷

I mentioned on my last video on depreciation, https://youtu.be/VIfxEfwRWrM?si=GA3Ns... what fantastic condition my 98 zx9rc1 was in when I bought it 2006bfor £3095. 8 yrs old.
Pics off old format not brilliant.

An exotic (mv 750 f4) that I was looking after for a friend a few yrs back. Looked good, but painful to ride, quick if you really revved it, sounded fantastic.

Honda dealer wants £228 for new key and recode (ECU connection required apparently 🤷). So while I think about that, I've had a non chipped key recut and attached old fob to keyring (I'll cut off excess key) works fine as a spare. Matty below has just sent me this link hmmm.https://youtu.be/T003rXkjPLg?si=ATllq...

Motorcycles have pretty much been my life since I was very young, starting on the road in 1973 with a Yamaha fizzy.
Thought I would try to put a bit back to YouTube, having gained lots of help from it over the years. As I am an average motorcycle diyer, I see my channel as more of a diary, aiming to enhance my own mechanical skills, rather than improve other people's.
Had some successful restoration projects in the past though 😊.
