Oleg Alekseevich Zubkov HAS BEEN ARRESTED!
Dear friends, on July 28, 2022, the Belogorsky Court, and in particular Judge Yevgeny Valentinovich Borisenko, sentenced O.A. Zubkov to imprisonment for 2 years and 3 months in a correctional colony of general regime! The reason for the initiation of a criminal case - on 09/26/2021, a visitor to the Lion Park "Taigan" leaned a child against the grid of an aviary with tigers, and the tiger bit off the child's finger phalanx.
The court did not take into account any of the lawyer's evidence, and no expert examination was considered in favor of Oleg Alekseevich. Materials were attached to the criminal case, which clearly indicate the excessive and regular attention of the controlling services to the park, and most importantly, documents stating that at the time of the incident, no violations in the design of this enclosure were detected by the Rosselkhoznadzor specialists and it complies with all safety standards.
Tens of millions of people have visited our parks for more than 25 years of the park's existence. And only when parents purposefully violate the rules of personal safety and the rules of behavior in the park, similar incidents can occur!
We believe that the court's decision is UNFAIR! And only with the support of public opinion, we will be able to prove our case!
