I am enduring the last part of a hospital stay and once I have been discharged I will be posting an 'overview of anime in x year' video. QuickTaku is still my channel and I should take pride in it ๐ I know many of you won't care about silly come back announcements like this anymore. But, I have struggled to occupy my time and bounced around several different ideas for posting content. QuickTaku was a joint project, but I can handle it on my own and I am willing to work with others who want to share their love for anime in different and unique ways ๐

Did you see? My second channel is now active! You can still subscribe if you haven't already. We are only just getting started and I can assure you many great things will come out of this. Firstly, I was able to get Japanese YouTubers โช@BL4CKIE313โฌ to provide my ending credit theme based on a cover performed by Eiko herself! If you didn't know she is the poster girl of this channel and someone who is really quite amazing (as a singer and character)

Hello everyone, I have an update for all of you.
I have decided that it is technically in my best interest to continue uploading on QuickTaku. The content will almost exclusively be produced by myself, with the occasional guest if they are willing. The content will mostly be shorter opinion pieces on seasonal anime, facts about productions and the occasional longer vid.
This means that the transition back to AnimeRuss has formally been cancelled. However, there is a new channel that I will be working on alongside QuickTaku. I was meant to formally announce it in 2 days time. But I will give you a preview, as you clearly cared enough to stay subscribed to me.
I will be reviving an old idea I had called 'Anime Tourist'. It will focus on the fusion of anime and travel. It might end up containing more of IRL me, but it will still strongly play into an anime theme with all of the content on there. You can subscribe now if you'd like - youtube.com/@animetourist
For those that are familiar with some of my other projects I have worked on in the past, I will be ending the AniFix Podcast and will instead do a monthly live stream on this channel. The others previously involved with AniFix have restarted an old podcast and you can find out more about that by checking their social media.

Hey everyone! I've recently started studying full time and as a result the output of longer videos is gonna be quite bad. Sorry about that. On the flip side, I've challenged myself to make a daily YouTube short as a minimum. So at least that's means more content than the past few months ๐
