Thoughts on the new Serbia content in the new Kaiserreich update? Honestly for me it came down to very specific circumstances you need to have in order to make it. Austria? Status quo. Germany? Get dunked on by the 3rd internationale. The entente? Delayed intervention. Also Romania is not a great ally.
