What began as one short "LOUD NECK CRACK" video clip has evolved into more than I initially expected. These small self-adjustments have not only helped to ease my tension, but they've also reduced my daily joint aches & muscle pain. (I suppose 15 years worth of outfield collisions & diving into center field fences just might be enough to junk up a guy's skeletal system, but I digress.)
