Good morning precious saints. As we commence our 7 Day prayer and fasting today, I want you to be ready to stretch.
This morning and until the time we meet (7pm) make time to pray in partnership with the Holy Spirit.
This means you are to pray as the Spirit of God prompts you and also pray in other tongues.
Romans 8:26
[26]Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered.
Start with gratitude to the God of all grace and yield to the Holy Spirit.
NOTE: It is okay to drink water to stay hydrated. But let all things be done in moderation. Also try to reduce engagements that may not support your focus and intensity.
Bible Reading for Day 1. James 1-5 (the entire book). You can divide it into two or three or four reading sessions. But all of it should be read today.

Here is a man who was born of Jewish parents in an obscure village, the child of a peasant woman. He grew up in another obscure village. He worked in a carpenter's shop until he was thirty, and then, for three years, he was an itinerant preacher.
He never wrote a book, he never held an office, he never owned a home. He never had a family. He never went to college. He never put his foot inside a big city. He never travelled two hundred miles from the place where he was born. He never did one of these things that usually accompany greatness. He had no credentials but himself.
He had nothing to do with this world, except the naked power of his manhood. While still a young man the tide of popular opinion turned against him. His friends ran away. One of them denied him. He was turned over to his enemies. He went through the mockery of a trial.
He was nailed to a cross, between two thieves. His executioners gambled for the only piece of property he had on earth, while he was dying—and that was his coat. When he was dead he was taken down and laid in a borrowed grave, through the pity of a friend.
Nineteen wide centuries have come and gone, and today he is the centre-piece of the human race, and the leader if the column of progress. I am far within the mark when I say that all the armies that ever marched, and all the kings that ever reigned, put together, have not affected the life of man upon the earth as powerfully as has that solitary life.
He was born of a virgin, reached out to many in love, healed the sick and casted out devils. He mentored twelve men and said he was going to die. He died and guards were stationed at his tomb so he wouldn't not escape, just in case he fainted for a long time. He was raised from the dead and did not hurriedly leave the tomb, He walked out with the burial cloth neatly folded. He was seen by over 500 people and was taken away while they watched in awe. He promised to return to receive His own and to judge the world. He will rule with a rod of iron.
Who is this man? Can you tell?

No quiet meditation in solitude?
No important goal achieved in the area of spiritual growth, personal development or career advancement?
Just cruise.
Plenty fun skits.
Much video games.
Steady Netflix.
Senseless challenge.
Food and party.
Gossip screenshots.
Lies and more lies.
More wrong friends.
Multiple enemies.
Bad energy and wrong vibes.
My dear, when will you rise from the ashes of mediocrity and soar with wings like an eagle?
My friend, when will you allow wisdom to reign so you can escape from the slippery slope headed for ruin?
Are you not the one with prophecies in your diary. Are you not the one who said nations are waiting? Are you not the one who has seen God's hand in unmistakable ways yet choose to act like nothing ever happened?
Will you really look away from the wonder of the cross? Will you walk away from the one and only Savior? Will you slap His hands with the holes in them and embrace the fangs of lucifer?
Those in your future are sending a message already? And as a reporter, I am here to relay their message on time. Are you the one we are waiting for, or should we expect another?
Prepare the way, don't get out of the way. Get back in line with God's purpose for your life. You can start again, while you still have opportunity.
Just before you scroll to another random post that may have no bearing on your present and your eternity, please think on these things and God will grant you wisdom.

GRATITUDE AND WISDOM
It is wisdom to cherish what God is doing in your life.
It is wisdom to see and acknowledge what God is doing in and through His Church.
Those who belittle small beginnings do not understand how the Kingdom works.
Those who wait for their desires to be met before they glorify God are yet to learn the character of God.
If you wait for a ring light, rolling lights, smoke and massive screens before you can preach your best sermon, then you don't have a sermon yet. You must learn to do great things even in a small place.
Those who will not respond to God's word until money and happiness is mentioned do not understand the weightier matters of destiny.
Be thankful to God for who He is and what He has done through His Son for you. That is a good place to begin.
Be grateful to the Lord and all the wonderful people He has placed around you. A wise man will be grateful.

Concerning Giftings and Placements
When it comes to ministry, there are diversities of gifts. The gifts of God are distributed to every believer severally as He pleases.
We do not all have the same giftings.
Our giftings from God are to be complementary.
It is a distraction to envy someone else because of the type of gift at work in them.
We must learn to receive the ministry of other gifts of God who may not share the same gifts as us.
The small intestine and the large intestine are both intestines but they differ in many ways. For example, the small intestine digests food and absorbs nutrients, while the large intestine absorbs water and salts from undigested food and eliminates waste.
We are to be dependent on the Lord and interdependent on one another. Christian ministry among brethren should be of mutual edification, not for strife or vain glory.
Not knowing this puts unnecessary pressure on those who seek to become what they have not been ordained to be. A young man who ought to be an impactful kingdom minded entrepreneur begins to struggle to host apostolic and prophetic convergences. A lady who ought to have an impactful children ministry suddenly takes on herself the ambition to become an apostle Mrs...
It is bothersome to see people remaining as misfits when the lack of giftings and grace for the assignment they claim to have received of the Lord is lacking.
Don't be stubborn, why waste your life on something God has not gifted and fitted you for?
Don't be foolish, why try to prove a point to people functioning in their God given assignments when you can find yours and thrive there?
Don't be blind, why not look away from the praise of psychophants and do a thorough examination so you can be a true and faithful steward?
We will not all do the same things. We will not all do the same things in the same way. Let us stay where we are called and give our best for the One who calls and rewards His servants.
