✨ Micro meditation are short bursts of meditation that you can use throughout the day to tackle everyday stressors, negativity, or unpleasant situations. These meditations can help us become more mindful, gain energy, motivate us, and pretty much anything else.
✨These meditations last from 1 to 3 minutes and can be done multiple times a day. Subsequently, these micro meditations can be enormously powerful!
✨I had a huge problem holding in emotions and not releasing the negativity the world throws my way. These very quick or fast meditations have helped me so much, I want to share them with the world. That is why I created Destination Micro Meditation.
