First crash on the Daytona yesterday, been to a fair few track days this year and been progressing pretty well but yesterday at Oulton I was taking the piss with grip/throttle on a damp track in the morning and Damon spat me off! I Was lucky really as highsides can be pretty bad and I've got away with soft tissue damage by looks of it. Medics and marshals were great, until you come off and you lay there in pain you don't appreciate how quick/good they are!
Sarah was amazing helping me all day and taking me AandE this morning.

Sorry for blurry pics just super happy to share how my body position has improved, especially being first time back on clip ons with this bike. Bring on more track days 😀
