we all know that mental health is a very important part of our life . we all should be fit physically as well as mentally . For physical fitness we do lots of exercise , gym etc. but actually are we taking care for our mental fitness. If not then we should and for that we should meditate, read books everyday just to give a pause to our brain so that our mind can refresh itself . So , what are you waiting for start meditation and other brain exercises from today only you can choose your timing according to your convenience either in the morning or evening .
