I'm a NASM certified personal trainer and Keola instructor with a passion for functional fitness which encompasses strength, mobility, flexibility, and balance.
I am passionate about whole body wellness. I've studied fitness, calisthenics, movement, flexibility, nutrition, and the Bible for over 20 years. I believe these things have commonality in reference to our wellness and work together to make mankind complete and lacking in nothing. I'm sharing from a place of acquired knowledge that I can personally attest to. I spend my time outside of work hiking, swimming, biking, camping, traveling, and learning- researching rehabilitation, pre-hab (working to prevent muscle imbalances and injury), phytotherapy, nutrition, and gut and hormonal health.
