Phillip Singleton, the Hip Hop Lobbyist - is an author, TEDx Speaker, and political expert. In 2010, he became the youngest Black lobbyist in Florida's history, and since then, has spent over a decade passing legislation, electing leaders to the U.S. Congress, and securing millions in funding for Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs), nonprofits and economic development projects impacting Black and urban communities.
