Idk how many of u might see this but about my short abt TOXIC FRIENDS, Iāve read every single comment and I want to tell you all YOUāLL BE OKAY!
Itās never the end of the world :) This is one stage of our lives, we stand strong and keep going!
I relate to some of your stories but understand every single one, WELL DONE for staying strong, well done for identifying their nasty behaviour, and well done for being brave enough to share your story! Thatās alr one step in the right direction! Same with if you participated in doing this to someone else, well done for identifying that it is wrong. Now work on doing better, apologise and try to back them up instead.
For those who havenāt already, donāt be afraid to confide in a parent(for example) about this, and if need be, ask them to help or give advice on how to cut contact with them. Friends like that are unhealthy and not deserved!
Treat yourself well and cut ties, itās worth it! It hurts for a while, but has a long lasting effect that will improve your mental and physical health!
