Hey Community as we wrap up the year end I've been very reflective about where I was a year ago. I had a really bad accident and broke my arm in several places, before surgery there was a fear I wouldn't have the use of my arm moving forward but luckily I had an amazing medical team and was able to bounce back and save my normal day to day life. I've struggled on this year with news, socials and the podcast and It's that time again for me to disappear into the ether. I will resurface when I feel it's appropriate but until that time I won't be hosting or interviewing any other artists on the channel.
I know for a lot of you this sucks and I know this may represent people dropping off as I fail to produce content but really right now I need to focus on myself and my mental and physical health. I'm 40 next year and on this reflection I'm heading to the tip of my life cycle, past this point I start to go down hill not up anymore. I want to make some changes and make sure moving forward I'm happy where I am. Anyway enough crap and ramblings from me. I hope you guys have a happy Christmas/Holiday/New Year and I'm sure I'll see you again someday soon x
