I am the farmer at 3 Streams Farm in Belfast, Maine. Here the goats give milk from fresh greenery, from the "air meadow" of the tree tops, the forest floor and browse layer, and the pasture, through my ongoing study of ancient pollarding practices. The guinea hogs are beginning to teach me about their forest plant preferences. The mixed poultry flock specializes in providing hatchlings raised by their families. I started as a pruner and grafter of orchards in 1983, and still offer pruning in winter. I am nearly web incompetent due to photosensitive eyes; voicemails are the best way to reach me: (207)338-3301.
