A few years ago, I felt like my heart was broken. I lived in sadness, jumping from one relationship to another, each leaving me feeling worse than before. That was when I decided to go to therapy and I began to rebuild my life and to know and love myself.
I started to listen to musical frequencies that I believe have therapeutic effects on emotions, including helping to heal a broken heart. This approach is known as sound healing and is based on the idea that certain vibrations can positively influence mindset and emotions.
