Hello to everyone still here,

Today, I am finally going to publish my first video. It's been a busy and challenging year for me, but I have accomplished what I set out to do, and now I am finally in a position to dedicate myself to this channel like never before.

So, we start today, even though it's Christmas. I wish everyone beautiful holidays, and if you've missed me, I promise that what I'm about to publish today and in the future is worth it.

I think one of the best aerobic exercises is riding the bike long distances and at constant pace. Immediately after my core and upper calisthenics session I went to visit a friend in a town nearby, 18 km totally, and a constant heartbeats of 127. 500 calories burned.
.
It's pretty easy to maintain an aerobic pace on a bike, which is great because it uses oxygen and fat to produse energy, without using glycogen, much needed for the calisthenics sessions
.
Then got back home and cooked whole spaghetti with mushrooms and tuna. I used raw oi, some tomato sauce, onion and cheese
.
I had two plates of this. Great overall training and sustainable dish for proper recovery
.
I wish you all a great weekend!!! šŸ‘šŸ’ÆšŸ’Ŗ

Workout done! Time to get out of here while I can still do it safely šŸ˜‚šŸ’Æā›ˆļø.

Nonetheless, I new video is coming up these days, but until then, I wrote on my blog about BODYWEIGHT BODYBUILDING šŸ’Ŗ.

I think this article will help many of you. I added there a list (video actually) with the most essential exercises and also delivered some workout routines to follow as example. šŸ˜€

So be patient, read thoroughly, take notes and let me know if it helped or about any questions šŸ’Æ. I am here!!!

Picture soon after the workout. By the way, I am 80-81 kilograms currently, the leanest ever. Nutrition definitely played the most essential part here as I eat at home 90% of the time.

I want to emphasize how crucial it is to eat clean constantly, to cook and prepare your meals and pack them anywhere you go. I also ride the bike throughout the city for almost every task I have to do. All this, along with basic calisthenics and consistently playing some sports (basketball, tennis, paddling), provided me this shape.

So I encourage you to be as active as you possibly can. Eat healthy and sustainable, no need to cut on calories so much if you intend to build some muscle definition.

The workout was: [10 pull-ups -> 15 dips -> 20 leg raises -> 15 pushups] x 5 cycles.

Not much, but it did the job just well!

By the way, the meal I added was before the workout. Very sustainable and has plenty of nutrients. I had a lot of energy.

How many of you are doing pistol squats with consistency? Or one-legged squats, there is a difference between the two.

If you do, then I have a warm-up video for you that I hope will help prevent any potential injury:

Hi everyone,

A series of warm-up tutorials will follow for any kind of bodyweight workout, including sprints, running, swimming probably and obviously calisthenics. I already posted the first one yesterday and it's actually the warm-up I do before any pull-up workout: https://youtu.be/FIb5fy1i8qU

I will also discuss general warm-up and why I increased it from 5 minutes to sometimes 25 minutes. So, a lot of useful information based on sports science is about to come. I hope you are still here with me.

Then I will move on to respond to the questions you asked these past months. I am again consistent for a good period.

Every time I miss, I actually pause because it's too much to handle and for me, it's pretty hard to produce videos very frequently. It's not my talent at all.

Have a great week, guys!!!!

Hi everyone,

I took some time to write a new article about physical effort and what problems surface when we train. If you are curious to find out a little about sports and muscle physiology, go ahead and access the article below:

I will come with videos on the topic as well!
