Hello, friends!
Alex on the beat!
This post is a bit off-topic, but I just want to share something with you. Yuki and I finished MiSide, and I highly recommend it! Itās just a great game with a pretty ambiguous ending. The developers really put their heart into it, and you can feel it. Iām honestly surprised that an indie game could hook me like this. MiSide is a prime example that a great game can be created almost single-handedly. You donāt need a $30-60M budget, over ten years of development, a massive team, or top-tier hardware to make it work ā only for it to still drop to 15 FPS on release.
My only regret is not buying the extended version. The devs did an amazing job and deserve support. So, if youāve got $15 lying around and want to spend an evening playing an unusual and intriguing game that hides a chilling nightmare and a sense of hopelessness behind its candy-coated facade, I highly recommend it!
Honestly, I donāt get the hate toward the game. Those who say itās just for teenagers probably didnāt even spend an hour playing it.
Anyway, give it a try! And no, this isnāt an ad. I mean, who in their right mind would sponsor a channel with 3k subscribers? Especially through community posts! š

Hey guys! Alex on the beat, as always!
So, the New Yearās holidays are over, and itās time to return to the boring routineā¦ Or is it? Nah, screw the boring routine! On this channel, itās always a party!
And I think now is the perfect time for a little competition. Itās been a while since we had one, right? This Friday, I dropped my first track of 2025 ā Scary Tales. And, funny enough, its vibes are kind of similar to a track I released exactly a year ago, which was the first track of 2024. Yep, Iām talking about Bloody Mary! So, hereās the deal: letās decide which track is better!
Cast your vote! And if you havenāt had a chance to listen to them yet (though, come on, Bloody Mary dropped a year ago ā how could you miss it? š), head over to the Videos (or Releases) section and check them both out.
And donāt forget to share your thoughts about the tracks in the comments! You know I read all your feedback and try to reply whenever I can.
So, are you ready? Letās go! š¶š„

š¶ Hey, friends! š¶
Alex is on the beat! š§
2024 is coming to an endāa year many predicted to be the one for me. The year where Iād rise to fame, rack up millions of streams and views, and the world would start talking about Alex Esseker as a top-tier artist, with my waifus becoming a global trend.
Wellā¦ that didnāt happen. The prophecies didnāt come true. But you know what? Iām not upset. š Iāve shared more about why I let go of my ambitions for global fame on my Patreon. If youāre curious, feel free to check it outāthe post is public.
But hey, donāt think this New Yearās post is about to turn into a pity party! Nope. Instead, I want to take a look back and appreciate the journey Iāve been on with all of you this year. And honestly? Thereās plenty to be proud of!
šµ I created 66 tracks this year. Not bad, huh? Some of them performed pretty wellāSENPAI is about to hit 300K streams on YouTube Music, for example. Others didnāt get the attention they deserved. Maybe the algorithms buried them, or maybe I made some wrong choices as a creator. Iām human, and mistakes happen.
š„ Our channel grew! A year ago, I was dreaming of hitting just 1,000 subscribers. Now, weāre close to 4,000! Is that a lot? Depends on how you look at it. From YouTubeās perspective, itās not huge. But for me, thatās 4,000 amazing people who appreciated my music enough to hit subscribe. That means the world to me, and Iām endlessly grateful to each of you!
š” This year, I launched a Patreon, giving those of you who want to support me financially a way to do so. Living in Ukraine under current circumstances is tough, and finances can be a real struggle. Your support not only motivates me to keep going but also helps cushion the blows. Thank you so much for being there for me. š
šØ Letās not forget the new characters who joined us this yearāLuna, Crystal, and Nancy! That brings us to a total of 8 mascots, making this channel truly unique. Each of you can find a waifu to your liking, and I plan to do more with them in the future. From novels to (hopefully) video games, the possibilities are endless! Over the past few months, Iāve been diving into Unity. Itās way harder than I expectedāprogramming is a serious challenge for me. But Iām determined, and I hope Iāll figure it out!
āØ So, hereās to a New Year filled with dreams coming true, goals being smashed, and, most importantly, peace. May 2025 bring an end to the war and bring health, happiness, and prosperity to you and your loved ones.
š Happy New Year, friends! š
Now, I want to hear from you! Tell me in the commentsāwhat stood out to you most about 2024? Maybe share a personal story, an achievement, or let me know which of my tracks this year was your favorite! For me, itās definitely ANGELāS BLOOD. What about you?
I canāt wait to read your comments!
Yours,
Alex š

I wish all Catholic Christians a Merry Christmas!
As for me, Iām not a religious person, so thereās not much I can say about this holiday. But what I truly want to express is this: I wish everyone peace, good health, warmth in your homes, and loved ones by your side. I believe these are the things that truly matter. Everything else will follow.

Hey, friends! š
Alex on the beat! š§
The winter holidays are upon us, and, as per tradition, Iām dropping a special themed track called THE LAST CHRISTMAS. If you havenāt listened to it yet, make sure to check it out on our channel! I even got nostalgic and put together a little animation just for you. š¤āØ
Now, about the trackā¦ Itās not your typical remix. On one hand, itās a fresh take on a Christmas song we all grew up with (for me, it feels more like a New Yearās song, since New Yearās is the bigger holiday where Iām from). But on the other hand, reflecting on the songās title and everything happening in the world right nowā¦ you canāt help but wonder: What if this really is the last Christmas?
Still, itās better to hope for the best and believe in something good, right? š To keep the vibes positive, Iām attaching an original artwork by Yuki instead of the trackās cover art. Itās a cozy scene with Luna standing by a window on New Yearās Eve. And no, thereās no nuclear mushroom cloud reflecting in that window... šš

Hey guys!
Alex on the beat as always!
I just need your opinion about my fresh track "Medium"? How you can rate it from 1 to 10?

Hey there! š¶āØ
Alex on the beat! š§š„
I'm really curiousāhow did you discover my music, and what about it caught your attention? š§šµ I've noticed that Iām starting to get some fans, and that's so awesome! š Itās exciting to think about how my tracks made their way into your playlists. Was it thanks to the algorithm? š¤šæ Did someone share a couple of my songs with you? Or maybe you clicked on it because of the cover art and ended up vibing with the track? šØš¶
Let me know in the comments! šš

Hi!
Alex on the beat! And...
Iām obsessed with cyberpunk! š¾āØ
No, not Cyberpunk 2077ā¦ Honestly, I didnāt even make it halfway through that game. Itās not that itās bad ā it just didnāt grab me. But Iām talking about cyberpunk as an aesthetic. The whole idea of massive, multi-layered cities drenched in neon lights, where cutting-edge technology coexists with decay, crime, and poverty. That high-tech futurism wrapped in grittiness, wear, and decline, seen by people as something ordinaryā¦ just everyday life.
In a way, weāre already living in a version of cyberpunk. At least here in Ukraine. But Iāve written plenty of posts about how much I hate the country Iām stuck in, so this isnāt about that.
Back in the summer, during the energy terror imposed by our authorities, I would often lie there, just thinking. Running images through my mind like slides in PowerPoint. Iād imagine the world of our waifus, figuring out how everything works there ā the technologies, political and economic systems, how half-demons coexist with humans, and what kind of social agreements theyāve made. Stuff like that.
One unbearably hot and dark evening, while Yuki was already asleep, I started wondering: What kind of music would exist in the waifuās world? What would teens dance to in clubs? What would play in taxis? (Though, letās be real, who needs drivers? Bet Bitropolis has fully automated taxis by now.) Thatās when the idea of creating my own subgenre hit me.
And so, I got to work! The moment the electricity came back on, I rushed to my computer, skipping meals and sleep. Who needs food when thereās music to make? šļøš¶
Over time, I ended up with a ton of demos, but three of them stood out: CYBER HOUSE, TRANSCENDENCE, and MACHINE SOUL. If you vibe with these tracks, there will definitely be more in this style.
For the sound, I took inspiration from the overall vibe of Cyberpunk 2077ās soundtrack, added a heavy dose of phonk, and filtered it all through my personal vision of music. The result is something unique, atmospheric, and, most importantly, banging! š„
I like to think that if we could live in Bitropolis and hit the dancefloors with Eva, these beats would be our go-to.
What do you think about my new track "Cyber House"? How do you like my experiment? š¬š§

DEATH MARCH IS BACK! šš„
Hey, everyone!
Alex on the beat, as always! š¶
A year ago (back in December 2023), while trying to figure out how I wanted my music to feel, I experimented a lot with sound and visuals. Thatās when I started using our waifu mascots as virtual ambassadors for my music. The result of those experiments was the track Death March. It was the first track to feature Gerda on the cover, and it marked the moment I began trusting my instincts over YouTube guides or the styles of other artists.
Fun fact: I hesitated for a long time before including the speech of a certain Austrian artist who, in a meme twist, shot Hitler. I worried people might label me unfairly. But luckily, my listeners are smart enough to get the humor and didnāt jump to conclusions. š
Death March has since become one of my top-performing tracks: almost 100k views on my main channel, 46k on my topic channel, and 137k on YouTube Music. For a small, no-name artist like me, those are massive numbers. Iām incredibly grateful to all of you for listening, adding my tracks to your playlists, sharing them, and supporting me in so many ways. It means the world to me. š¤
Since you loved the first Death March, Iāve decided to release its sequel. Iāve done this before with Downfall. Creating Downfall II was a huge challenge because I wasnāt just trying to make it āas goodā as the original ā I wanted to surpass it. Whether I succeeded or not is up to you to decide. Let me know in the comments how you think Downfall II stacks up against the original Downfall. Personally, Iām happy with how it turned out, even though making it wasnāt exactly fun for me.
With Death March II, though, things were different. I set no goals, no expectations ā I just let my instincts guide me. I felt like Bilbo Baggins, stepping onto the road without knowing where it would take me. I just created. And when I stood on my balcony, cigarette in hand, listening to the final result, I realized Iād taken a huge step forward. Iād not only learned how to make beats that hit hard, but Iād also discovered how to enjoy the process. The key? Trusting your feelings. Thereās something deep inside that always knows how a track should sound. Itās like an ancient āmusic of the spheresā ā you just need to hear it and follow it.
The result? A mind-blowing beat. š¤Æ Fast, dynamic, versatile ā and of course, it comes with another dose of āDICTATORSHIP!ā from our Austrian artist friend, plus a little āmeowā from my wife, Yuki. (She insisted on that sound at the beginning, grabbed my phone, and ran to the bedroom to record herself meowing into the mic. š)
I hope you enjoy this track. Let me know what you think about Death March II. Your feedback means everything to me! š¬š§
