Hi all as I finish my book and prepare the next set of videos here is something useful: do some of you struggle with anxiety around what other think about you? Here is the solution = all your thoughts should be scrutinised with these 2 questions : 1. Is it true meaning based on evidences and facts? 2. Is it right meaning respectful or are they just trying to feel superior by putting you down or take advantage of you in a 1 way relationship ? If your answer to these questions is that what these people think is wrong meaning untrue or unfair then avoid them. Allow NO toxic people in your life they will make you doubt yourself be more sad anxious and destroy your life... But to succeed this you have to start questioning every thought you have this is the secret of a peaceful mind. It is hard you will have to force yourself to do it every minute of every day until it becomes a habit. If you don't you will suffer. More in videos coming soon ;)
