The Pastorate is a companion to Canadian pastors, co-labouring with them towards the renewal of the Canadian church. We are captivated by the possibility of a flourishing pastoral landscape, believing that healthy pastors lead to healthy churches, which bring transformation to towns, cities, provinces, and territories. We seek to serve pastors by creating and curating content that nurtures their spiritual growth, hosting inspiring and equipping gatherings across the country, and facilitating cohort-based programs focused on personal formation and leadership development. We are committed to being a relentlessly optimistic voice that acknowledges the difficult realities of the pastoral landscape, while remaining full of hope and courage for the future of the Church.
