3 Weeks Later and my PC is finally up and running again! The issue turned out to be the 13/14th Gen i9 being unstable and the default BIOS settings being far beyond Intel's recommended limits, which ended up basically killing my Motherboard and CPU after 1 year of usage.
If you own a 13/14th Gen i9 I definitely recommend looking into it and fixing the BIOS settings before its too late. And if you are looking into buying it, I would suggest waiting until 15th gen instead :D
