Hi and welcome! My name is Amy Smith. I'm a licensed real estate broker here in Tampa. I feel so lucky to live here in one of my favorite cities in the world. When I moved here several years ago, I had so many questions. Where are best places to live? How long is the drive to butterbeer? Where can I get amazing tacos? Why is my water bill so stinkin' high?
Since then, I've been finding out all the ins and outs, good and bad, delicious, fun, and even annoying of the Greater Tampa Area (from Clearwater to Lakeland!) so that's what I'll be sharing here. Plus, I've made it my mission to make the relocation-to-Florida process as smooth as possible.
