12/16/24 - I have no words to describe how heartbroken I am 💔 but I wanted to let you know that my beloved and funny dog, Stanley (aka Stan), has passed over the rainbow bridge today.🌈 🐶 It was very sudden and I'm in shock at how quickly everything happened today! Not to mention, how rapid the decline in his health went. He hadn't been himself in awhile and wasn't recovering well from his surgery last month (neuter). I did not expect this outcome, even though I knew he was pretty sick. I really thought it was just another infection. He had been seen several times in the last year for various infections. No one ever mentioned a heart murmur or him showing any kind of signs or symptoms of cancer!😟 The vet said there was nothing I could have done to save him. He would have most likely passed at any time because of how sick he really was. So we had to make the most humane and probably the most painful decision. We had to end our poor Stanley's pain & suffering.❤️🩹 The worst part is that I wasn't able to go with them to the appointment. I had no idea that this was going to be the last time I would see him. However, I was able to talk to him on the phone and tell him "Mommy loves you and you're such a good boy" and a few other things as I tried to choke back the tears.🥹 My husband told me he licked the phone, that gave me some comfort. I'm really struggling to share this, there are so many things I want to say but I can't think of the right words right now. I just can't believe that he's gone, I'm so upset! I have to take care of a few things so I won't be publishing a video this week. If I don't answer anyone in the next few days, I will get back to you ASAP. I only have 7 days to make arrangements for him and that is going to be very hard for me.😞 I don't handle stress well, not that many people do under the circumstances. If anyone has any suggestions on how to handle the grief, pIease reach out. I will be looking in here & there. I picked out a few pictures of Stan to share here and left the link for Stan's playlist. There aren't that many in there because I haven't finished them all yet. I thought I had plenty of time to get to them.🙂↕️ I have tons of just regular everyday videos of him. I am so grateful that I have all of you and the YouTube platform to share Stan's legacy with. It's comforting to know I have a place to come back and visit when I want to see him again. To know him was to love him! May you rest in peace my good boy. 🕊️🐶🕊️🐶🕊️
