I'm a Lofi musician, writer and interviewer. Still Reading Books has existed for over 5 years in different variations. I first started on youtube about 14 years ago. My first channel was called "solutionnotpuzzle." It consisted mainly of self-made music videos and creative works. At the height of my time on youtube I had over 300 subscribers. Eventually I renamed the channel from solutionnotpuzzle to "Still Reading Books." Literature was my other passion in life but I never liked appearing on camera. So Still Reading Books essentially started as me speaking off camera about books. About 2 years ago I established Still Reading Books as a publication, publishing interviews and essays. I had planned to preserve this channel as only a space for my interviews. But I realize the world is changing, media is becoming more artificial, it is harder for people to learn, and there is more isolation. So I've gone back to using youtube as an outlet for creativity and to communicate with the world.
