As far as a mission statement is concerned, here's my 'ethos': I work exclusively with authors who have actively shared their stories with me for the specific purpose of me reading them to you all. Consequently, I'll do my best to interpret them in spoken form. What I can promise, therefore, is that you'll be hearing unique content that you can't find elsewhere. I also produce most of my background music and now use video footage I have taken. This is genuinely as much me as it can possibly be.
