First discovered while busking on the streets of Manchester, Alex Spencer has already been hailed as one of the UK's most promising songwriters at just 17 years old.
Alex’s 2024 has started with a bang after releasing his sophomore EP
‘There’s Gotta Be More’ to acclaim from the likes of CLASH and a host of tastemaker press and radio, including a live session with John Kennedy on Radio X.
Alex’s rousing debut EP ‘One Step Forward’, which was recorded when Alex was still at school, was met with widespread acclaim and earned radioplay from BBC 6 Music, Radio X, XS Manchester and BBC Introducing.
Alex has already supported the likes of Jake Bugg, Miles Kane, The Lathums, Jamie Webster, Louis Dunford, Seb Lowe, The Royston Club as well as selling out The Deaf Institute & Academy 3 in his home city.
He is also the first musician to ever perform live on Sky Sports’ news and his recent track Nightmares has been included on the EA FC25 Soundtrack!
