Hey all, Brewster T. Koopa here. I figure I give a little update, things have been a bit slow on my end and I've been losing the motivation to animate. Episode 6 of The Runaway 8 is currently in production, though I dunno how long until it's done, I had a video planned a couple of months ago that I still wanna do, but I kept putting it off for other reasons. I've been struggling with depression and an artist's block that's prevented me from doing stuff both in and out of Gmod, I had the idea for a mini series, but I dunno if that'll go anywhere. I'll keep posting here and do my gmod stuff, but I don't know when I'll get to my next project.

In regards to the workshop, I'm officially done with add-ons, the whole drama as taken a toll on me, I original went on hiatus due to me being tired and wanting to focus on non workshop content, I'm still done with it, but this time for good, I will continue to make videos and art, but I also think it's time to move onto bigger and better things. I plan to make one more addon next year, and update one, but other than that, I'm done. Hope you stick around to watch my videos, those had always mean more to me than workshopping. I leave you now with this image.

With the removal of Nintendo addons, both taken down and removed by their original posters(presumably out of fear), I have zero plans to go back to the workshop for a long time, at most next model pack I'll upload is a Little Nightmares III model pack, but nothing else. the workshop has proven to me it's unreliable, so any model packs I do, whether or not it's Nintendo, will be uploaded to my new website. brewstertkoopa.neocities.org/
This website isn't just for addons, but rather my work, social media, and so forth. I shall resume video making and infact, I have one in the making as we speak! Aside from The Runaway 8, my other videos and so worth, I plan to move on to goals I always wanted to do, mainly making a video game of my own. I appreciate all who has supported our cause and the support that me and our fellow investigators have been finding out. For now I am gonna stop focusing on the drama as it is causing me stress, but any major updates found, hoping that we get a final outcome, no matter what.
But enough of that, stay tuned as now all of my efforts are going to be put into this channel and my other work in gmod outside of anything workshop related.

Since I kept getting asked about what happened to specific packs on my workshop such as my Super Mario Galaxy Model Pack, I'm just gonna be blunt and explain here and end it.
An infamous troll by the name of Aaron Peters has struck multiple people since at least 2019 with false DMCA claims on behalf of Nintendo claiming to be a Nintendo employee when in reality, he is not. I've explained it here before, but I'm gonna just point it out here and say I will not be responding to any comment revolving around any taken down addons on my channel, I really want to separate my YouTube content from my workshop content, especially since I am on break from making addons, I will NOT be reuploading any of my addons that were struck down and I implore everyone else not to either or you run the risk of being attacked too.
My main point here is, I will not be answering any questions and will be deleting any because I want both of my content groups completely separate.

In regards to the false flagger thing, I have made a tweet regarding the whole thing and I IMPLORE you to check it out and repost it as much as possible. We not have found the possible culprit, but it's garnishing enough traction that big gmodders are reposting it.

[PSA] False flaggers on the Garry's Mod Workshop.
There is someone, or a group of trolls going around the Gmod workshop filing false DMCA claims and shutting down addons, over 10 Gmod addon makers, myself included have been attacked, with over a dozen of our addons gone.
We ruled out Nintendo being the culprit because of the following reasons:
1: Gmod Nintendo addons have been around as early as late 2005-early 2006, with Gmod's popularity, it is completely impossible for Nintendo to not have noticed.
2: if Nintendo wanted them taken down they'd file a complaint with Valve like Warner did with Harry Potter.
3. addons are being cherry picked, ranging from Mario, to Pokemon, to Smash Bros, and even then, not all of them are too specific.
4. Two of my friend's addons that got struck aren't even Nintendo related, but were still hit by false DMCA claims
Whoever is doing this is abusing the copyright system the workshop has in place.

If you can, please spread this as far as you can, this is a detriment to a lot of addons in place. I was banned for four days from uploading to the workshop due to four of my addons being taken down, two of which didn't even have DMCA claims.
