Hi, I'm Tamal Roy, a digital marketing expert, author, passionate creator, and mental health activist.
I want to share with you my journey of discovering the light amidst darkness.
Back in my engineering days, I went to New Delhi to fight for justice for the poor mid-day meal workers of West Bengal. And while I achieved a temporary victory, I soon found myself lost, with no clear purpose or direction in life.
It was only when I experienced heartbreak and mistreatment from others that I realized the true values and priorities in life. I found myself shattered, but I found a glimmer of hope in philosophy and spirituality.
Through meditation, I re-discovered my inner voice, screaming to be heard!
I want to inspire hundreds of thousands of people to awaken to the tremendous power they hold within themselves.
