EPE started out primarily as a way for me to share cheap and budget-friendly recipe creations I found over the years. Now, I stay true mostly to that central goal, but with a bit more leniency to the "struggle meals" sort of vibe.
Here you'll find a channel geared towards making you think about the creations you make in the kitchen. This ranges in interpretation from:
