KRO-Barz is a songwriter and performance artist in Cape Town. Inspired by the Cape Flats, he uses his lyrical content with diverse flow structures to inspire and motivate many adolescents living in and around the Cape region.
He stepped onto the local music scene in March 2020 after a video of him rapping went viral reaching 75K views in just 2 weeks.
His bilingual "Cape Coloured Slang" sound is a good blend of rap and R&B as he aims to be authentic and original.
KRO is an acronym for Kyle Represents Originality, Barz indicative of his lyrical ability as a MC.
