I hope everyone has had a wonderful holiday. I've been resting and recharging a lot in November.
I have uploaded my cover of "Butcher Vanity" to streaming services, as well as my cover of "Angel Rain".

If there are requests for other songs I've previously made (originals, covers, etc.) that you would like up on streaming services, please feel free to mention it, and I can look into it.
I'd also like to revisit some mixes and get some original music onto these services over time, as able.
My next focus is finishing Denki/Galvan's multipitch voicebanks for a finalized release, so I may slow down on any cover uploads. However, I might post new, experimental content in lieu of that.

Good afternoon,
I noticed there have been many new subscribers coming in from my Butcher Vanity vocal test.
Thank you very much for all of your support on the short clip.
My sung cover of Butcher Vanity will be my next release.
( I can say this with confidence because the mix for the full version, is mostly done.)
Release date TBD, just to save my own sanity, until it's closer to completion.
Please know I'm actively working on, and fine-tuning the full version.

Good evening everyone,
I finished Denki / Galvan's (belated) 11th Anniversary videos.
They will premiere back to back, tomorrow - Friday evening. (or Saturday morning for Asia locals).
Denki Sai's video is coming out first, and Galvan Ize's soon after.
A lot of unforeseen situations have happened in my offline life over the past few months.
Summer has largely not been kind to me, hence the massive delay on any video uploads since April.
My apologies for the sudden inactivity. I will be a lot more discerning and cautious about promises and announcements, going forward, to stay true to my word and better foster a sense of reliability.
With that in mind, I would like to take the opportunity to mention that I will no longer try to commit to any time-sensitive or special event related uploads (such as UTAU anniversary/birthday, and possibly holiday) going forward.
If I can, have the time, and want to do it, I will - if I can't, I will no longer go out of my way for it.
I had thought that doing such events would help motivate me to create and post regularly, but that is no longer the case. I realized it was not only restrictive, but also stressful. I'd like to continue to create without such pressure.
Other than that, I'll try to go back to uploading as I'm able to.

Quick update on UTAU.
Denki Sai / Galvan Ize (my main UTAU voicebanks) have their 11th anniversary tomorrow. (May 14)
I made a miscalculation a bit ago and thought it was their 10th.
I unfortunately won't be able to have a post that day - without getting deep into personal details, it's difficult for me to be timely with my own projects due to offline reasons. I don't like over-promising and under-delivering, so that's all I can say for now.
They're 2 covers, and will include some new small updates/details on the voicebanks themselves. It will be posted within the month, as soon as time and energy permits. The two images are previews of the covers.
Denki Sai (PROOF) and Galvan Ize (THEORY), multipitch full build, are currently back in active production.
I have not worked on the banks in many years, so there has been a lot of re-learning.
I would like to release the full banks sometime within this year - but the multipitch voicebanks will not be released with their anniversary videos. I'm just doing covers for their anniversary, to avoid any misunderstanding.

I hope everyone has had a good start of the year so far.
A general question to my viewers. I know I have quite a varied audience, so how did you first discover my channel, and what made you follow my work?
I'm thinking of maybe testing some new content in the near future, or experiment with other project types not previously done. (for example, art streams, tutorials, voice acting vids, QnA vids, small animations) But, I also would like to know what people already enjoy seeing from me, or what is even wanted.
It's rather difficult juggling multiple skillsets sometimes, and I get stuck in my own head, so I would like to hear some more feedback from my audience.

I collaborated with Alex Beckham of @ManontheInternet to create original songs based on FNAF, in celebration of the FNAF movie that came out on October 27, 2023.
The songs have been published, interspersed throughout October on the MOTI channel, please check them out!

Alex wrote the lyrics and base melodies, while I handled the music composition and mixing.
A variety of vocal talent was selected to portray the characters.

It was my birthday on October 23rd. (A bit belated, but when am I not late lol)
I did a small painted sketch of my fit, and the treats I got. The leaves have been falling this past week.
If I finish up certain work quickly, I hope to have at least one Halloween related video to post on my channel this month :) I hope everyone's October is going well.

My apologies for the lack of posts on my channel in August.
Two major projects I was involved in were recently published, so that was a part of the reason.
I will remain adamant about being better with posting more updates, however.

I portrayed Fecto Elfilis in Two Planets Approach the Roche Limit, in collaboration with @JunoSongs.
It was a project that was a long time in the works, and we both worked very hard on it.
Juno and I also collaborated on the first art piece together. (Juno did sketch + lines, I did colors + paint.)

I portrayed The Hollow Knight in Sealed Vessel for @ManontheInternet 's Hollow Knight Bytes Project. It was a competitive vocal role that I took some performance risks for.

Hello, good evening.
I've never used the community tab before, but I'd like to take the opportunity to say I'm steadily rebranding online from SteelEmissary -> Stelyos. It was something I've ruminated on for a long time, for a name that flows better, and is easier to spell, remember, search.
Stelyos will be used universally across all my creative work. (Art, music, singing, mixing, VA, animation, etc.) However, people are still more than welcome to call me and credit me as "Steel", as it was meant to be compatible with "Stelyos".
I also cleaned up my YT channel a little, but in the coming months, I hope to be a little more active and publish more work, including old work I've sat on for quite awhile.
