On October 8, 2010 my husband and I bought a HUD home in North Carolina for $8015. The house needs ALOT of work! We paid cash and intend to renovate it (while working our full-time jobs) without using ANY bank loans, contractors, or professionals of any kind (except for the HVAC person). We have decided to share our "Do it yourself" project with you.
