Welcome to the Spotted Elk Tiwahe channel, where we honor the legacy, resilience, and culture of the Lakota people. As direct lineal descendants of Chief Spotted Elk (known as Big Foot by the wasicu) and other esteemed Lakota leaders, such as Lone Horn, Black Buffalo, and Crazy Horse, we share stories of our ancestors, traditions, and ongoing advocacy for truth and justice.
Our channel will feature content that highlights Lakota history, ceremonies, language, and art, as well as discussions about issues impacting Native communities today. Through storytelling, education, and cultural preservation, we aim to amplify Indigenous voices and strengthen connections between generations.
Join us on this journey to correct the misinformation in the public about our grandfather, celebrate our heritage, explore our relations and work toward a future rooted in respect, understanding, and unity. Wóphila táŋka (many thanks) for supporting the Spotted Elk Tiwahe!
