Being a young professional in this day and age is TOUGH. On this channel, I interview people in their 20s (and early 30s) about their education and careers thus far to help showcase a few things:
1) Everyone gets where they are going at their own pace.
2) It's okay to change your career at any point.
3) The "I'm figuring it out as I go" experience is a shared one.
I use my personal and professional network to identify potential interviewees. Everyone volunteers their time! As a thank you, I include a link to interviewees' favorite charitable/cause organization in the video descriptions for increased visibility.
