I grew up in a blue-collar immigrant household in the UK and left school at 16 with no idea on how I will make myself proud. I started in a call centre, earning £1500 a month. At 20, I invested my savings into my first gym and sold it successfully by 22.

From 2015, I worked my way up in an 8-figure company, from sales consultant to leading sales training and development. After facing unethical management, I decided to transform how salespeople are seen and how leaders develop their teams. Over the years, I’ve trained over 1,000 salespeople and more than 100 sales teams.

In 2022, I launched Guided Growth to help entrepreneurs build and scale their businesses, with a special focus on mastering sales, building, training, and driving high performance in 7 and 8-figure businesses with proven sales methodologies.
