Update: Hey Guys, maybe it wasn’t G.E.R.D. (Acid reflux) It happened again, stomach distress all night long. As I lay awake with stomach pain and nausea, I revisited what I had eaten both days. I remember using red and green peppers in both meals, both days. I had the exact same symptoms each time; only last night was worse than Monday night. I thought the peppers were still good, but maybe not… Hmmm 🤔 Mild food poisoning perhaps?? Merry Christmas! I just wanted to update everyone❤️❤️🎄🎄Be safe!!
