NOKTA LEGEND FIRMWARE UPDATE V1.10 BETA - It's alright showing that the bottle cap rejection is working on the bottle cap & not the coin, but if the coin is right next to the bottle cap, is it going to mask the signal of the coin.. If it masks a good target, then you're probably better off just digging bottle caps - Thoughts ?

Hi guys..
I've been doing some extensive testing of the Nokta Makro Legend metal detector & I will share my conclusions with you - comparing results from all 8 frequency search modes.
21 targets through 4 inches of soil.
Field mode - No descrimination.
Sensitivity 20
Recovery Speed = 6
Iron Filter = 6
Stabilisation = 4
In order of best target acquisition -
Multi 1 & 2 equal.
Multi 3
15khz
10khz
20khz
40khz
4khz
These results take into account most stable VDI numbers, Ferro check & depth.
Obviously some frequencies were better at individual types of metal, but these results show which frequencies will give you best overall performance over the range of different targets.
