When I was young, Karma would read the modern mystic OSHO Osho's series of meditation books, and I cannot do without the teachings of the master OSHO.
He immediately tried and tested his views and teachings.
In this way, I have gained some personal experience, so that I can make progress in my inner world.
In particular, the 112 meditation techniques in [Tantui Classic] have allowed me to keep improving and get more.
I also hope that through my own tests, I can share some of the things I have obtained with others...
