An old announcement about NBA Live is making the rounds. While we'd love to see the series return, EA Sports' statement about making progress and eyeing a return is from 2019, ahead of confirmation that NBA Live 20 wouldn't be coming out. Unfortunately, it's being used to get people's hopes up when there's been no further word since then.
