Hi, welcome to my channel!
I moved to Canada in 2009, right to the West Coast. My kids were little back then and a smaller town seemed to be a perfect fit to grow them. It takes a Village to grow kids, they say, and Living in Sooke BC is exactly the case. In 13 years, I learned the areas in and around Victoria. I had a business in Langford and learned the commercial side of the real estate, as well as during shopping for own houses I learned a lot about residential housing market.
