Project Update: I’m currently working on the Red Door from Insidious as a lawn decoration for Halloween this year. Hopefully I’ll have it out by next week. Let me know if you have any other Halloween project ideas!

I finished building the Wood Go Kart V2 today. I’m hoping to upload the video by next week so I can have time to edit and finalize the plans. Would you rather have one long video or a two part series? I think I like the idea of one long video.

I got the frame pieces cut to size and mocked it up real quick. I still have to do a lot of small things before I can start assembling the frame, but I’m happy with the progress that was made today!

Wood Go Kart V2 in the works! Today I drilled the metal braces (yes I’m cheating and used a little metal, still no welding required) and painted them black. Next week I’m hoping to get the wood frame done and build the rest of the kart up. Hoping to have the video out by the end of the month!

Has anyone ever had issues Titebond II wood glue curing? I have a gallon of it that isn’t tacking up until almost 10 hours later. Normally I’ll unclamp a project after an hour or so, but when I go to unclamp it with this gallon, it will still be wet and fall apart (up to 3 to 4 hours after it was clamped sometimes).

I have some scrap pieces of walnut around 20” long. Any ideas on what I should use them for?!
