Is it just me or I'm the only one who's sick with the whole glow up thing. Like everywhere I see, it's always: "How to glow up for school!" For summer, for the new year, etc. Why can't we all just be satisfied and content with how we already look? It's great to play around w makeup, change your hair or get your skin in check but is it not exhausting that everyone is telling you that you HAVE to glow up?

You don't have to spend hundreds just to feel like you just improved your wellbeing. It doesn't work like that. Self-care is not spending money, it's spending time to do whatever makes you feel better. Get a hobby, spend time with your loved ones who make you feel good about yourself, journal about how you feel in a two dollar notebook. Not everything has to be materialistic.
