Hi! I'm Missy and I was born and raised in a holler in deep East Tennessee. I'm a wife (30+ years), a mom to 4 beautiful kids and a Nanny to 7 blessings. I'm also a mom of a drug addict. My youngest son has been battling addiction for 15 years now, and if you've ever dealt with addiction you already know it's not just the addict that hurts, the whole family goes down the rabbit hole along with them. That's one reason why I started this channel...to find others like me that are going through the same thing. I learned quickly I couldn't do this alone. In fact, no one should ever have to feel like they're going through this hell alone, no one! I've dealt with the judgments from others, the fear, anger, grief, etc that addiction brings along with it and now I'm here to help others that are going through this.
