Reverend Calville 'Cal' Dunnon, envisioned organizing a Messiah-centered non-profit organization called International Agape Mission over 20 years ago to minister to needs outside the four walls of the church and into the margins of society where people are most disparate. Since then he has established relationships with clergy, medical personnel and volunteers from every walk of life who share this vision. This ministry has impacted orphans, the sick and suffering, students, parents, prisoners, indentured servants, ministers and missionaries, policy-makers and clinicians along the eastern seaboard of the United States, and overseas in the countries of Haiti, Dominican Republic and Cuba. The ministry is a way of life, rather than a job. Blue Jeans Ministry was an outgrowth of this lifestyle and an extension of the late Phyllis Dunnon's desire to reach people in the community for Christ. To date, Rev. Cal Dunnon has merged the two visions to make an impact both locally and abroad.
