Just picked up the seasonal weapon. I had a small cry.
Those that don't know, the first major video I did for Destiny was a comparison of every sidearm that D1 had to offer. It was largely inspired by the current seasonal weapon.
This is spawning up a lot of wonderful memories on its own. Nevermind the fact we have a new open area to explore, and that has more connections to you in Destiny 2, and to you who may not have played the first game.
For now, I intend on "Being the danger." But I think it's getting close to time for something else to happen. See you soon, friends.

I know, I know; I haven't made a thing yet but HERE I AM still posting these dumb community posts.
Here's the short version: I'm still reading over Shadowkeep lore. I actually and finally have a full day off. I am going to just stick my nose in it and FLIP OFF EVERYTHING ELSE.... unless it's like a huge emergency.
Still definitely have a lot I would like to talk about. I'm behind in all aspects. I'm recalling back when I even started, I took a long, long time to feel confident enough in the lore, story and game to really want to do this. I intend on doing it right, and not losing my damn mind over things I can't control.
Hope you're all well. I'm still alive and kicking around ideas while I write/read. Even put off streaming at this point in favor of doing more work here. <3 ya's.

I'm catching up a bit on the Copyright strike stuff going on with other creators. Just wanted to put a quick two cents in.
Bungie (probably) isn't the one at fault on this one. Now, their hiring practices and who they work with might be thrown into question, but that's nothing new to a degree. Especially post-Sony buyout. I say this, considering that Sony's game space has not been very clean in the last few years.
Ultimately, I'm sure things will fall back and be ok. It seems the representatives of Bungie are going to have to face some legal trouble themselves, lose an overzealous intern, or something else entirely. I somehow doubt Bungie would want to commit Company-Sepuku by making their fanbase mad.
Just wanted to post a message of solidarity for other creators, and nothing more. I know this situation sucks, but I'm sure things will be just fine. (I also say this still not quite being the biggest fan of Bungie, but knowing they're not THIS much of jerks. They have a limit.)

So I figured I'd give an example of where I'm at. I have a lot of catch up to do if I want to do any kind of lore coverage again. That said, I know it's going to be to the extremely faithful of you that I would make stuff for and, as always, myself. I have a few ideas in mind already, some stuff I've been stewing on for years. But, now feels like a good time to start again. It feels more solid and less like filler.
But I'll still read the filler ;)

Hey guys; I just wanted to drop you a line. I know I haven't made anything in months. Sadly, this is by design and for several reasons. My care to keep making lore videos is really just down the tubes. There's a lot of older stories we could look into that I'd care about, but having to fight the algorithm to build a channel, and also a community, is just about as bad as fighting entropy itself.
I have some plans. They're not related to this channel. I'll let you know what they are. In the meantime, you guys can catch me over on Twitch, if you would like to catch up sometime. Been streaming a lot lately since it's all I've felt I've had time for.

...YouTube streaming looking mighty good after the changes that Twitch is putting in place.
I cannot even fathom what is going on at that company anymore. I just cannot. There's a LIST of bad crap that just came up from their live stream, and Twitch is looking mighty foolish.
I'll be taking a few days off Twitch to figure out if it's worth it or not anymore. Otherwise, YouTube might just turn into my permanent home.

My point of being here (my hope) is to spark genuine thought in those who are interested and curious in the stories that are around gaming or the world. Destiny is a prime focus on this channel as it tells a story that is both diverse and multi-faceted.
