I deeply apologise for being inactive on YouTube these past few months, especially after essentially promising that I would return, and then proceeding to miss not only my 10 year anniversary on my own channel, but on my first video as well! So happy belated 10 year anniversaries to those... Oh well, at least there's the 10 year anniversary of Turbo Object Brawl... in a couple years...
As per usual, I would get side-tracked, posting some... choice comments online... and also getting on an internship programme, where I would have to enrol to college just ONE MORE time just for one measly little qualification (at least I'm getting work experience out of that, but simply put I'm technically still in education for just one more year, hooray...)
And also I went to Italy for a little bit, which was the best part of 2024 undoubtedly, but I wasn't able to focus on animation at all because of it.
In terms of internship though, I am not where I'd ideally want to be, I want to continue making animations, and make more of them at that, and at this point, I cannot focus on animation at all because of the internship essentially being full-time, meaning I have very little time to do much of anything at all. (well except for work but that's a given)
Needless to say, I will need to postpone the monthly uploads promise indefinetely, since it would inspire me to upload literally anything onto the channel and make the channel worse than it should be, and it would potentially allow me to upload whatever I want and whenever, regardless of what the algorithm thinks. I need to at least make sure I don't choke, since 2024 was by far the worst year on the channel, considering I essentially left it to rot all this time.
However I am not going to leave this lengthy community post without at least posting a plan, so I will post my current plan for the channel (which I can't guarantee I'll follow 100%, but I can at least guarantee that I won't just forget about it and I will pledge to actually use the channel again)
- At least upload little animations and post those on a somewhat frequent basis, if I can.
- Years late to the YouTube Shorts game, I know, but I need something to keep the channel thriving I guess
- Rebrand the channel (I changed the profile picture but that's not enough, expect a full rebrand pretty soon)
- Work passively on slightly larger animations as best I can
- They can't be too large, just medium sized...
- Stay off of my phone for at least a day
- I do need it as an alarm and I do need to communicate when I'm outside, but it's a distraction! I need to get off it.
And that's about it in terms of announcements I need to make. But really, this is here to prove I didn't suddenly just ditch the face of the earth.

Now that I'm officially done with education (and don't plan on coming back for the foreseeable future), I can finally focus more on this channel!!
So here's the sitch!
- Monthly uploads will return, it'll just depend on whether or not I'll be busy with other things of course.
- The channel will undergo a rebrand at one point, with a new channel mascot* to boot!!
- I will be attempting to optimise videos to better appease the algorithm (and hopefully you? I mean the algorithm should know what you guys want, right?)
- A new animation will arrive sooner than you think!! Stay tuned mayhaps?
Expect more news in the coming weeks!!
*I know Pella's been the mascot for the longest time but at this point I think she has become an independent character and also I want to diverge from object show content in general, open up to new avenues!

Simply put, excessive workload right now! I'm currently on my final year of school for the time being and so school has been taking priority over the channel... that and I'm also a perfectionist so yeah, that pans out poorly...
In fact, there might not be a video this month, or until May for that matter! Anyway, monthly uploads should return by August at the latest...

9 YEARS OF THIS CHANNEL????
Yeah!! Today marks the day this channel officially turns 9 years old!! One year closer to the double digits, yikes...
Anyway I didn't have much else planned other than planning on doing a livestream! (The first one in years, too)
As for the stream, it'll be sometime soon, and will replace the big updates video that I've been planning on doing (let's face it, I need to do more interactions with you lot)
So yeah, stay tuned for that!! (It'll hopefully be sometime within this week)

NEW UPDATE VIDEO COMING SOON
What???? Another update?!!?!
Yes, so apparently, the community posts can only go so far... Also this update video should at the very least help me get more active on YouTube.
If I'm being truthful, I haven't at all been putting enough effort into putting out videos lately, and I'm sick and tired of just pretending that I haven't.
Rest assured, changes will be made and hopefully starting September, I'll be more active in putting content out.
And yes, new shows will eventually be in the works.

EMBARRASSING UPDATE
What's so embarrassing about it, huh?
So it seems that The 2-Per Week Object Show's fourth episode hasn't been completed in time. This was all because I was completely preoccupied with other things in my life unexpectedly, meaning that I couldn't be able to work on the episode at all without working on other stuff.
And because a promise is a promise, it unfortunately means that The 2-Per Week Object Show now ends at Episode 3.
Sorry for the inconveniences, everyone!!
On lighter news, this does mean I get free time to be able to work on fresh new projects that DON'T hop onto long dead bandwagons, so make sure to be on the look-out for those!
Honestly I'm quite bummed out that I can no longer complete the show due to these circumstances, but at the same time I finally feel liberated that I no longer have to think about completing a show that should've been completed by last December.
Anyway, expect new and original content from now on!!
