This channel started as part of a project I developed while I was healing from depression and anxiety. Back in 2007 when I started it there wasn't as much mental health awareness. I moved away from mainstream treatment and explored holistic modalities. I found some incredible resources and hoped that I might share them with others to make their journeys easier! 15 years later I am a mom with a zany sensitive daughter and a funny sweet partner, all of us navigating the complexities of being a human in this strange world. I hope this channel helps share some love and laughter with others on the path as well as some nuggets of inspiration. We want all sensitive beings to know, its OKAY TO BE HUMAN. Let's have some fun as we heal and make some art and make our world a bit better. :)
