Hey everyone! I'm excited to announce a long-needed update: Clip Studio Paint Basics 2! It's an hour and 30 minutes and introduces CSP in a much more methodical and foundational way. Setting up a simplified, efficient and controllable workspace is the most important part of an enjoyable drawing experience, so this is where I start off this lesson. I cover a bit about CSP for iOS, vector layers, the (sometimes confusing) Materials palette, backing up your installation, a bunch of small super tips and tricks, and of course... another dinosaur drawing! (two actually). I hope it's helpful, and as always, keep drawing!

I'm planning some Clip Studio Paint comparison videos for the animation workflow. Specifically: CSP vs ToonBoom, CSP vs TVPaint, CSP vs. Photoshop and CSP vs. Krita.
